New Look for the New Year!
I figured I should write something about our renovations for the New Year, as, a number of times our patients have walked in and wondered if they were in the right dental office. We reassured them, of course, that they were.
We’ve renovated! Yes, we did, and it looks great! We’ve added some splashes of color and new flooring to update the office a bit. It’s beautiful new flooring at that.
We’ve also expanded the reception area for our administrative staff just a bit. We did this as we are expanding as an office, and are looking to get more team members in the New Year.
Some other changes…
We haven’t formally mentioned this as of yet, but, this year we are beginning to go paperless! That’s right! We’re going green. Medical history forms can be done in the dental chair before your appointment begins, the new patient forms are being digitized and put on our website, and we are already doing digital x-rays for our patients, as well as e-filing insurance claims. The setup will be much more efficient as well, so we can get you in, out, and on your way quicker.
We’ve begun delivering Invisalign in the office! We are very excited about being able to broaden the range of help we can give our patients. With Invisalign we can begin helping you get that straight, perfect smile you’ve always wanted…and we don’t always have to send you out of the office to get it!
We’ve begun using laser technology in our office. This will help speed up time during some restorative procedures (such as crown deliver), and also help patients with gum disease get into a healthier state, faster.
Our website now has a section devoted to educational videos about various dental procedures and conditions. These can be accessed from your smart phone as well! We’ve made our website mobile friendly!
Our New Year’s Resolution:
Our New Year’s Resolution was to help educate our patients about the importance of oral health, and help them tackle whatever oral health conditions they may have. We want our patients to know about their various oral health conditions and what can be done to resolve them. In fact, we offer free 30 minute consultations with the doctor to go over concerns you may have about your oral health.
We hope your resolutions come to pass in the New Year, and we look forward to seeing you in 2015.
Stay healthy my friends.
